Comments. In the structure of the epigyne (with widely spaced epigynal teeth directed toward one another), females of Brignoliolus juglandicola resemble those of B. charitonovi . They are distinguishable by the structure of receptacles with unmodified (vs. bent) heads (Wang & Zhu 2009, figs 19 and 8, respectively). Males of B. juglandicola differ from other known male congeners, except for B. nenilini, in possessing the bifurcated (vs. undivided) retrolateral patellar apophysis of the male palp; they can be distinguished from the latter species by the different shape of the conductor and median apophysis of the tegulum (Ovtchinnikov 1984, fig. 1; 1999, figs 35, 37, 40–42; Wang & Zhu 2009, figs 10, 22, 30; Dimitrov & Jager 2021, figs 1, 2).

Distribution. The species is only known from the type locality, the forested midlands of Fergana Ridge in the environs of Arslanbob Town.
