Comments. Females of this species can be distinguished from those of B. ovchinnikovi sp. nov. and B. vignai in having longer and slightly diverging epigynal teeth and a considerably shorter septum (Figs 25–27 cf. Wang & Zhu 2009, figs 4, 34), and from that of B. arganoi by distinctly shorter epigynal teeth (see Wang & Zhu 2009, figs 1, 4).

Distribution. The species is known from several localities in Lebanon, at an altitude between 1400–2600 m.
