Remarks. Only males can be reliably identified by their morphology, with females being identical to T. subvirescens (Loew) . Being previously recorded from Alborz province, the taxonomic history of this species and T. subvirescens was summarised by Kehlmaier & Majnon-Jahromi (2015).
