Specimens examined: São Carlos: M. guianensis, 30­X­2000 (2). Pirassununga: C. pubescens, 02­V­2000 (1), 27­VII­2000 (2); M. guianensis, 01­XI­2000 (1). Luiz Antonio: C. pubescens, 17­VII­2001 (3).

Associated phytophagous mites: no phytophagous mites were found associated with this species.

Remarks: The measurements of 3 adult females collected are similar to those given in the original description.
