Diagnosis. Paramere with a few serrations meidodorsally (Fig. 19 C); aedeagus expanded submedially, narrowed distally (Fig. 19 D). This species is similar to L. hirticeps sp. nov. in the shaped of male terminalia (see lower that species).

Description. Ocellar triangle brown, with 2–4 setae above ocellar setae. Frons yellowish brown to brown. Pedicel yellowish brown; first flagellomere brownish. Clypeus brownish yellow medially, dark brown laterally. Palpus brownish. Mesonotum yellowish brown to dark brown, sometimes with unapparent and diffuse longitudinal stripe medially (Fig. 5 E, F). Postpronotal lobe brownish yellow to brownish (Fig. 5 G). Acrostichal setulae in 14–16 irregular rows (Fig. 5 E, F). Scutellum brown to dark brown, yellow at tip (Fig. 5 E, F). Pleura brown above (Fig 5 G). Katepisternum and mesopleuron mostly brownish yellow (Fig. 5 G). Wing (Fig. 2 B): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with 5–8 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Halter brown apically (Fig. 5 F). Abdominal tergites nearly black, laterally with unapparent patches in male (Fig. 10 B), with distinct yellow patches in female (Fig. 10 C). Male terminalia: Epandrium with 7 setae and sparse pubescence near posterior margin per side (Fig. 19 A). Paramere with 1 sensillum subdorsally and 6 sensilla distally (Fig. 19 C). Aedeagus with pubescence distally (Fig. 19 D).
