Holotype. HNHM Pseudoscorp-684: ♀ “ Parachernes topali n. sp. ♀, det. Beier, Typen [sic.] [Holotype]”, “Arg. [Argentina] El Bolsón, No 478., 1961. VII.5. [leg.] Gy. Topál, Piltriquitron előhegye [foothill of Mt. Piltriquitron], 360 m ” [Rio Negro, under the bark of Libocedrus chilensis].

Paratypes. HNHM Pseudoscorp-685: 1 ♀ “ Parachernes topali n. sp. det. Beier, ♀ Paratype ”, “Arg. [Argentina] El Bolsón, No 477., 1961. VII.4. [leg.] Gy. Topál, Piltriquitron lába [foot of Mt. Piltriquitron], 350 m ” [Rio Negro, under the bark of Libocedrus] . HNHM Pseud.-925: 1 ♀ “ Parachernes topali Paratipo ♀ ”, “No. 477. (Argentina)” [Rio Negro, El Bolson [sic], foot of Mt. Piltriquitron, 350m, under the bark of Libocedrus, 04.VII.1961, leg. Gy. Topál] .

Current status. Valid, as Parachernes topali Beier, 1964 .

Remark. Further two female paratypes from locality Nr. 477 were probably deposited in NHMW.
