Paratype. HNHM Pseudoscorp-662: 1 tritonymph “ Ideobisium baloghi n. sp. 1T, Paratype, dét. V. Mahnert, 3.1977”, “Congo-Brazzaville [Republic of the Congo], Meya, Kindamba; [leg.] J. Balogh, A. Zicsi 15.XI.1963, No.202” [ Bangu Forest, Berlese-sample from humus] .

Current status. Valid, as Ideoblothrus baloghi (Mahnert, 1978) (Muchmore 1982) .
