Munida subcaeca Bouvier, 1922

Munida subcaeca has been reported from Madeira to the Gulf of Mexico in depths of 842 to 1700 m (Bouvier 1922; Chace 1942). Only one juvenile collected in March in the Gulf of Mexico was present in collections.
