Distribution. AFR species that is confined to the tropics in Central and East Africa (CD, ER, ET, KE, MW, MZ, SD, SO, TZ, UG) and the southwestern Arabian Peninsula (SA, YE).

Life forms and Remarks. ZEFR species. It was reported from Makkah Province from low altitudes areas 366

m and 411 m at Wadi Qunouna and Wadi Yebah, respectively (Abdel-Dayem & Kippenhan 2013). This is the first species record for Asir Province and from relatively high altitudes (1600–2500 m) .
