Comments. – Number 3652a, with the locality “Bords du Mobay”, was used by MÜLLER (1897) as one of the two types of Barbula pallidoviridis Müll. Hal. The G specimens for collection number 3652a have different locality information and a different collection date than those cited in the protologue under the same number. The G material under number 3652a is thus not treated as potential type material herein.
