Amaurobius pallidus L. Koch, 1868

(Figs 68–74)

Material examined. Site 2 (b: 1 ♂; e: 1 ♂; f: 1 ♂), Site 3 (b: 3 ♂, 2 ♀; c: 1 ♂, d: 4 ♂; e: 4 ♂; f: 7 ♀), Site 4 (a: 14 ♂; b: 1 ♀), Site 7 (a: 3 ♂, 2 ♀), Site 11 (a: 24 ♂, 2 ♀), Site 13 (a: 1 ♂).

Distribution. Hungary (Loksa, 1969); Romania (Koch, 1868); Moldova (Sekirova, 1988); southern part of European Russia (Ponomarev & Volkova, 2013); Georgia (Mcheidze, 1997); NE-Bulgaria (Thaler & Knoflach, 1993); Serbia (Stojićević, 1929); Croatia (Nikolić & Polenec, 1981); F. Y. Republic of Macedonia (Drensky, 1929); Greece (Drensky, 1928). There is one dubious record from S-Italy by Pesarini (1994) far away from the known range of the species distribution. As this species has never been found in Italy in recent studies, it is very likely that the old record from S-Italy is based on misidentification (Francesco Ballarin, personal communication). C horotype. Pontic.
