Etymology. The specific name refers to the type locality; noun in apposition.
Diagnosis. Male of this species is very similar to those of Otacilia bawangling Fu, Zhang & Zhu, 2010 (Fu et al. 2010: 645, figs 3ĀF), O. biarclata Fu, He & Zhang, 2015 (Fu et al. 2015: 437, figs 1–20), O. florifera Fu, He & Zhang, 2015 (Fu et al. 2015: 444, figs 21–34), O. jianfengling Fu, Zhang & Zhu, 2010 (Fu et al. 2010: 641, figs 1ĀH, 2A–E) and O. limushan Fu, Zhang & Zhu, 2010 (Fu et al. 2015: 444, figs 35̄51), but differs from all these species by the male palp having a RTA with a thick and strong tip, while females can be distinguished by the elongated bursae located at the strong sclerotized band and the roughly elliptical spermathecae (Figs 11B ̄D, 12C, 13ĀC, E).
