Material examined. 1♂ (RMNH), Vinh Phuc, Tam Dao NP, 1000 m a.s.l, 19.iv.2001, hand net, R. de Vries leg.; 1♀ (IEBR), Cao Bang, Phia Oac - Phia Den NP, 8–18.v.2013, Malaise trap, T.H. Pham leg.

Remarks. Specimens from Vietnam differ from the holotype specimen in having more extensive yellow

markings: entire scutellum, anterior half of first tergite, entire tergites 7–8 and hypopygium are yellow. In contrast, the hind femur is largely black dorsally (vs reddish yellow in the holotype female). The male specimen from Vietnam has an entirely yellow face and a black propodeum. These are the first records of this species from Vietnam.
