Remarks: This subspecies was reported from Colombia by Bota-Sierra & Novelo-Gutiérrez (2017) from Risaralda and Valle del Cauca Departments, accompanied by observations about the biology of the species and its taxonomic status, comparing it with specimens from Costa Rica and Panama. Here we report this species from Chocó and Córdoba Departments.
