Kodormus bruneosus Barber, 1930

Kodormus Barber, 1930, includes three species (Barber 1930; Bérenger & Maldonado 1996). Giacchi (1985) redescribed the genus and K. bruneosus . It has been recorded from Panama, Venezuela, Trinidad and Tobago, French Guiana, Guyana, Brazil, and Bolivia (Barber 1930; Villiers 1971; Maldonado 1990; Wygodzinsky & Giacchi 1994). The genus and species are recorded for the first time from Colombia (Fig. 58).
