Rasahus surinamensis Coscarón, 1983
R. surinamensis has been recorded from Mexico, Panama, Surinam, Brazil, and Paraguay (Coscarón 1983; Barrera et al. 2001). The closest species is R. albomaculatus (Mayr), but the two differ in coloration pattern and in the shape of the scutellar process (Coscarón 1983). It is here recorded from Colombia for the first time.
