Remarks. This species was described based on two males and five females from French Guiana and Brazil (Mato Grosso). According to Fragoso (1993): “Distribution: BRAZIL: Mato Grosso (Barra do Bugres, Colorado do Oeste, Porto Espiridião). FRENCH GUIANA: Kouron (Route des Compagnons, pk 15); Piste coralie, pk 15; Route de Kaw, pk 40); Saul (Monts la Fumée) .” However, “Colorado do Oeste” is not in the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso: it is in the Brazilian state of Rondônia. Therefore, the species was originally described from two Brazilian states and from French Guiana.
