Diagnosis
Very similar to E. aceroserra, see differences discussed under that species.

Host plants
Salix spp. such as S. aurita (Kontuniemi 1960), S. caprea (Kangas 1985), S. cinerea (Benander 1966), S. starkeana Willd.
