Type locality: “ Kina Balu, N. -Borneo”

Type depository: Lectotype: ♁ (BMNH).

Distribution: Malaysia: Borneo; Indonesia: Kalimantan.

Remarks. As mentioned by Endrődi (1969), a “ P. craceus ♁-Type” was found in Prell’s collection (now in MFNB) which is presented in the section of Pseudohomonyx crassus Arrow, 1911 . However, it has been identified by Endrődi as P. borneensis Arrow, 1908, with dubious locality of “ Java ”; and without any publication from Prell regarding this specimen, it was excluded from any type series (Endrődi 1969).
