Host/habitat: Garrick River, Muli Mulo River, stream, tributary of Singatoka River, Wanivothe Yandono Creek.

Distribution: Viti Levu: East of Nadi, Garrick Reserve, northeast of Keiyasi, Singatoka Valley, south of Korovou (Smit 2003a).
