Host/habitat: Yellow water trap in garden.

Distribution: Viti Levu: Suva (Mahunka 2006).

Remarks: Mahunka (2006) name this species Lignobates berndhauseri which was later renamed Protoribates mahunkasandori by Ermilov (2020) as the name was preoccupied.
