MATERIAL EXAMINED. Bragin district, E of Gden’ village, 51°20′08″N, 30°28′37″E, 115 m a.s.l., pine forest, from dry oak and pine trees brunches overgrown by lichens, 26.07.2020, 1♀, collected by beating the vegetation .
DISTRIBUTION. Palaearctic species. Known from Ukraine, Poland and some localities European Russia (incl. North Caucasus) [Vishnyakova, 1959, 1964; Martini, 1975; Golub, 2016; Ostrovsky et al., 2023].
NOTES. Medium sized (c. 3–4 mm) barkfly that is found on trunks of deciduous and evergreen trees and bushes.
