Gadomus capensis (Gilchrist & Von Bonde 1924)

Material examined. One specimen: MNRJ 26921 (1, 405.0 mm), T, E-507.

Distribution. Collected from off Bahia, at depths from 1012 to 1049 m. Gadomus capensis was described from Table Bay, South Africa (33°30’ S, 17°12’ E); in the WSA, it is also known from the eastern South Atlantic to Mozambique, western Indian, and from the Rio Grande Rise (Howes & Crimen 1990; Parin et al. 1995).
