COMMENTS: Griscom cited the AMNH number of the holotype in the original description and noted that he examined ‘‘two females and one sex?.’’ This was undoubtedly a misprint for ‘‘two males and one sex?.’’ The two paratypes are AMNH 233499, male, and AMNH 233500, sex?, both collected at Cape Garachiné on 5 March 1927 by Griscom et al.
