Female. Length 10.2 mm, width 7 mm (n=2). Black, glabrous, shiny.

HEAD. Surface black, rugose. Genal surface smooth, finely punctate, setae long and scattered. Interocular width up to 1.5 times diameter of eyes. Antenna long, exceeding pronotal base; antenomere III longer than IV, antenomere I longer than XI. Clypeus oval in shape, less than 2 times wider than long, surface with large, dispersed punctures and scattered setae. Labrum less than 2 times wider than long; surface smooth.

THORAX. Pronotum convex, more than 3 times wider than long, surface with short and sparse pubescence, black; anterior margin emarginated, margination V-shaped; sinuous base; hind angles sharp and produced behind with coarse punctures; explanate margin with coarser and closer punctures than pronotal disc; pronotal disc with two red spots in the middle, distinctive longitudinal groove, finely punctate. Prosternum with setae, smooth at base, punctate from middle to anterior margin. Scutellum triangular, surface smooth, with fine punctures, black. Elytral surface glabrous, black, shiny, four big orange spots present on each elytron, one transverse at base extended from humeri to sutural margin, another close to the middle, last one covering from middle part to apex; punctures coarse and close each other; humeri rounded, surface smooth. Prosternal process moderately grooved, apex rounded, setae sparse. Mesosternal process notched.

ABDOMEN. Ventrites surface rugose, pubescent, black. Spermatheca well sclerotized (Fig. 20 A), over 2 times longer than wide; apex acute; velum present; spermathecal duct coiled.

Comparative note. This species has the clypeus oval-shaped, which is distinct from the sub-trapezoidal shape in O. juvenca . The pronotum is more than 3 times wider than long and the elytra are glabrous. The spermatheca is over 2 times longer than wide.

Host plant. Unknown.

Known distribution. Nicaragua: Chontales (Borowiec & Świętojańska 2016).
