Heptanthura Kensley

Heptanthura Kensley, 1978a: 775 –776.— Poore, 2001: 124 –126 (complete synonymy).

Remarks: The genus has a complex synonymy, with three subjective junior synonyms ( Stellanthura Wägele, Chalixanthura Kensley and Licranthura Kensley & Schotte) (Poore, 2001). The new species described here is the ninth described. The species can be distinguished most easily on the basis of the shape of the uropodal exopod and setation of the telson.
