Remarks. Holotype 1690/1 “ Holotype / Tettigades blanchardi Torres ” on red label, and “ Alarcta blanchardi Torres ” on white label below; paratype 1690/3 red label, “ Paratype / Tettigades bahiensis Torres ” and another white label below “ Alarcta bahiensis Torres ”; with extended hind left wing, fore left wing glued on a piece of card; male paratype 1690/4 with left wings, metathorax and legs broken; without paratype label although it is mentioned in the description by the author. In Torres (1958b) the author made a new combination as Alarcta blanchardi (Torres) . Ferrocarril Central del Sur (FCS TERR) is an old name of the Ferrocarril General Roca of the Argentine railway system.
