Potentilla repens Linnaeus, Amoenitates Academicae 4: 484. 1759.

Neotype (Rico & Muñoz Garmendia in Cafferty & Jarvis in Taxon 51: 542. 2002): France. Bouches du Rhone, Camargue, Tour du Valat, near Le Sambuc, 1 Sep 1967, Kendrick & Moyes 63 (BM-000576295).
