Current name: Jeffersonia diphylla (L.) Pers. ( Berberidaceae).

Note: Stearn (Genus Epimedium: 222. 2002) indicated 667.1 (LINN) as type but this is associated with P. peltatum L., not P. diphyllum, and is not original material for the latter.
