Literature records. Del Latte et al. (2015): 1♀, Dasht-e Lar (Tehran Province) .

Distribution: the genus Stenotaenia is distributed from central Europe to Iran.

Notes. The species identity of this specimen is uncertain, as discussed by Del Latte et al. (2015). According to Bonato et al. (2008), there are no records from Ukraine or Russia, which could be due to insufficient studies.
