Leuctra carolinensis Claassen, 1923
was originally described from Black Mountain, North Carolina and has been reported from adjacent states of South Carolina and Tennessee (Unzicker & McCaskill 1982, Stark et al. 1986, Kondratieff et al. 1995, Stewart & Stark 2002). This species was collected from the type locality of Remenus duffieldi, a 2 nd order stream in the Blue Ridge Physiographic Province of Georgia.
