Diagnosis: Forewings brownish, basal half dark fuscous, with a sparse scattering of silvery white scales; distal half whitish, mottled with various brown spots, with 3 large grayish brown spots along edge. Hindwings with pale brown basal half, whitish distal half, and a series of brown spots along margin. Male genitalia with stout uncinate gnathos, long and compressed tegumenal lobes, and a pair of corneate lateroposterior processes of anellus.

Material examined. Gong Gashan Mt., Sichuan Province, China, 1 male, 3-VIII-2003, Min WANG and Xiaoling FAN leg..
