Picobia myiopagi Glowska and Milensky, 2014: 378, figs. 13–16, 20, 24. Types deposited in AMU and USNM, examined.

Type host: Myiopagis gaimardii (Orbigny) ( Passeriformes: Tyrannidae). Type locality: Guyana.

Host range and distribution. Mesostenoxenous species associated with the tyrant flycatchers ( Passeriformes: Tyrannidae): Elaenia ruficeps Pelzeln and Myiopagis gaimardii (Orbigny) both from Guyana, and M. subplacens (Sclater) from Peru (Glowska & Milensky 2014).
