Type host: Hylocichla mustelina (Gmelin) ( Passeriformes: Turdidae). Type locality: USA.

Host range and distribution. Monoxenous species inhabiting Hylocichla mustelina (Gmelin) ( Passeriformes: Turdidae) in USA (Skoracki et al. 2014a).
