Diagnosis. The species is characterized by its long-ovate gonostylus, densely setose on the apicoventral part, with an apical tooth on the dorsal lobe, 1–2 flagellate setae on the apical half of the gonostylus; gonocoxite with a conical intercoxal lobe that is densely setose on apical half; tegmen large and trapezoidal, parameral apodeme strongly sclerotized in two lateral sides and the apical margin; maxillary palps 3-segmented, basal segment with 1 long seta (Rudzinski, 2006).

Distribution. China (Taiwan, Fig. 16) (Rudzinski, 2006).
