Type locality. Sulamadaha Bay, Ternate, Indonesia (N 00°51’58”, E 127°19’53”).

Type material. Holotype: ovigerous female (4.0 mm × 3.8 mm) (MZB Cru 4130, ex RMNH.CRUS.D.53220), Museum Zoologicum Bogoriense, Bogor, Indonesia.
