Lasioglossum (Dialictus) furunculum Gibbs, 2011

Comments. Lasioglossum furunculum is a rare parasite, described from a single female collected in Massachusetts and later recorded from the Niagara region of Ontario (Onuferko et al. 2015). It appears closely related to L. izawsum Gibbs, 2011, another rare parasite, and the names may represent variation within a single species (Gibbs 2011).
