Comments. Gibbs (2010) neglected to include the male of L. punctatoventre, although Crawford (1907) described both sexes. Several males have now been associated with females of L. punctatoventre by morphology and geographical co-occurrence, and they are figured here for the first time. See L. reasbeckae (below) for a comparative diagnosis of the male, and Gibbs (2010) for a diagnosis and redescription of the female.
