Composition. N. guarani Platnick & Lise 2007, N. juchuy n. sp.

Diagnosis. Males and females of Nyetnops can be distinguished from other Nopinae genera as such: from Nops, by their normal unpaired tarsal claws I (Fig. 21); from Orthonops and Tarsonops by their carapace pattern (Fig. 12); from Nopsides by the presence of only two eyes (Fig. 12) and from Cubanops, by the absence of translucent ventral keel on the anterior metatarsi (Fig. 16).

Distribution. Brazil and Ecuador.
