Occurrence.

Upper Aalenian, Bradfordensis Zone (Gigantea Subzone) to Concavum Zone; SW Germany.

Remark.

Ohmert (2004) mentioned this species as a probable ancestor of Aphelocythere recta from the top of the Concavabank.
