Hosts and distribution. Metriopelia ceciliae (Lesson) ( Columbiformes: Columbidae) from the Zoo of Antwerp (Fain 1976, 1994). The record of this species from Columba livia by Bochkov & Galloway (2013) actually represents Harpyrhynchoides gallowayi sp. nov. (see above).
