General distribution.

Species endemic to the Philippines where it was found in Luzon, Leyte, Sibuyan, and Mindanao; in Mindanao recorded only in Northern Mindanao region (Cabras et al. 2016a).

Literature data for Northern Mindanao.

Misamis Oriental province: Gingoog City (Cabras et al. 2016a).

Habitat.

Forest, arboreal species found on vertical and fallen tree trunks.
