Material examined. 1 male and 2 females (CAU). China, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, Genhe City, Mangui Town, 2009.VII.25, Gang Yao .
Diagnosis and remarks. Head is pale without markings or stigmata (Fig. 4a). Median abdominal stripe on each tergum ending at posterior margin of tergum 7 (Fig. 5d). Tergum 10 medially slightly sclerotized, sternum 9 long, nearly triangular, posterior margin sharp (Figs. 4b, 4c). Epiproct is gradually widened toward to apex in dorsal view along its entire length and hook-like with sharp apex in lateral view (Figs. 4b, 4d). The genus and species are reported from China for the first time.
Distribution. Russia, Altai, Magadanskaya, Amurskaya and Khabarovsk Krai (Teslenko & Zhiltsova, 2009); Mongolia (DeWalt et al. 2021); Inner Mongolia of China.
