Habitat and distribution. This epiedaphic species lives in humid soils and also has been reported from caves (Condé 1951) and MSS habitats (Bareth 1983) in the Pyrenees region and spreading beyond the Ebro valley. Outside the Iberian Peninsula it is also known from Sardinia (Bareth 1980).
