Diagnosis. Body 1.8 mm (Figs 13–14). Occipital carina not well developed, postoccipital carina present. Scutellum strongly alveolate (Fig. 14). POL 3.0× as long as OOL. Vertex without long setae. F1 as long as pedicel, F1 (1.1× as long as wide), F2 (1.06× as long as wide) both subquadrate and F3, F4 transverse. Petiole transverse. Head black. Hind coxae brown, hind femora brownish, legs yellow. Eyes asetose (Fig. 15).
