Remarks.

According to Yang and Yang (1995), this species was reported in Taiwan. Its frons is rounded as S. minor comb. n. and S. enatus comb. n.. But it is distinct with them in features of tegmen and male genitalia. Its tegmina are rather short, only reaching the third abdominal tergum, and it does not have a mirror. Especially, its genitalia is different from all the species of Stephoblemmus (= Mitius) (its epiphallic middle lobe is bifurcated, not the typical unique lobe of the genus). Thus, we doubt if this species should be put in Stephoblemmus .
