Type material. Holotype ♂: CHINA: Hunan Province: Yongzhou City, Dongan County, Damiaokou Town, Shunshan Park (26°24′58.684″N, 111°02′08.473″E, 694 m elev.), 8 Oct. 2015, leg. Chi Jin.

Paratypes: 2♂ 8♀, same data as holotype .

Etymology. The species name is derived from the type locality; noun in apposition.

Diagnosis. This new species resembles O. hamatus (Wang, Zhang & Zhang, 2012) by having a similarly shaped DTA, short sperm duct, embolus and small spermathecae (see Figs 13A–B, 14A–B and fig. 9E–F in Wang et al. 2012), but the male can be distinguished by the wide, dagger-shaped RTA, without a hook at the apex in retrolateral view (vs thin, with a small hook at the tip of the RTA, compare Figs 13B, 14B with figs 8C, 9F in Wang et al. 2012), and the short and thin conductor (vs wide and long conductor, compare Figs 13C, 14C with figs 8B, 9G in Wang et al. 2012). Females can be distinguished by the short and wide median septum (vs narrow, compare Fig. 14E with fig. 8D in Wang et al. 2012) and the two horn-shaped copulatory openings (vs coalescent copulatory openings, compare Fig. 14E–F with fig. 8D–E in Wang et al. 2012).
