Amphinemura dabanshana Li, Du & Yang, 2017a: 485 . Type locality: China: Qinghai (Datong County, Qilian Mountains) (original description).

Adult habitus. General body color light brown to brown. Head light brown; antennae light brown to brown; palpi light brown; mouthparts yellowish-brown; thorax brown; compound eyes black. Pronotum brownwish, rectangular with rounded corners, surface smooth without rugosities, narrower than head. Legs light brown to brown. Wings pale and membranous, subhyaline, veins light brown.

Female. Adult length 4.1–5.1 mm, forewing length 5.7–6.2 mm, hind wing length 4.7–5.2 mm (n =6).Mesothorax and metathorax bears a U-shaped sclerotized band medially. Sternum 7 produced into a broad, rectangular pregenital plate, covering anterior part of sternum 8 and inner slcerite; the plate is brown (Fig. 3a). Sternum 8 (Figs. 3a–b) forms a strongly sclerotized, M-shaped subgenital plate with a shallow posterior notch, anterior apex blunt. Sternum 9 brown, trapezoid and sclerotized. Paraprocts and cerci brown (Figs. 3b–f).

Material examined. 1 male, 1 female, CHINA: Qinghai Province, Haibei Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Menyuan Hui Autonomous County, Zhugu Township, Kemagou, N37.13°, E102.53°, 3029m, 2021.VII.1, leg. Jiajia Chen ; 10 males, 4 females, CHINA: Gansu Province, Zhangye City, Sunan Yugur Autonomous County, Dongliugou, N38.73°, E99.62°, 2011.VII.7, leg. Weihai Li ; 1 female, CHINA: Qinghai Province, Menyuan Hui Autonomous County, Qihankaigou, E106.81°, N15.10°, 2021.VII.3 ; 1 male, CHINA: Qinghai Province, Menyuan Hui Autonomous County, Sigou, N37.13°, E102.40°, 2021.VII.28.

Distribution. China (Gansu, Qinghai).

Remarks. This species was originally described based on male specimens from Qilian Mountain, Datong County, Qinghai Province. In our study, we recorded this species from Gansu and Qinghai provinces based on male and female specimens, which represent the first record of this species in Gansu.
