Remarks. The new species is similar to P. sinierrans Xue & Cao, 1989, but differs in the following features: anterior margin of gena with a row of upcurved setulae (in P. sinierrans with 2 rows), palpus black (in P. sinierrans brown); only apical part of scutellum orange (in P. sinierrans brown); surroundings of dm-cu not clouded (in P. sinierrans sometimes clouded), ventral surface of hind femur without fringe setae (in P. sinierrans with fringe setae); cerci covered with dense setulae on distal half (in P. sinierrans almost bare).
Etymology. The specific name, in apposition, refers to its type locality Mt. Tianmu.
Geographic distribution. China: Zhejiang Province (Mt. Tianmu).
