Type locality. Pirenopolis, Goiás, Brazil.

Remarks. The species is one of the smaller species of the genus (Fig. 17) and is similar to G. c u t a, G. nigra and G. platyrhina . Body length 12.9–13.6 mm, fore wing length 19.6–19.7 mm (Gogala, et al. 2015).

Distribution. The species is known from the type series and additional specimens collected in Goiás, Brazil (Gogala, et al. 2015).
